Additionally, DMS creates specific blends in pig form, can supply vac grade and airmelt alloys and can ship material in full truckloads as well as single 55 gallon drums for specific heats to direct load for small furnaces. Varying Alloy Blend Chemistry
Dynamic Metal Services specializes in customized alloy blends tailored to meet your specific needs. We provide our customers with a different alloy blend for every stainless and nickel alloy heat that they run. Blends differ fundamentally by percentages of Nickel, Chrome, Cobalt, Moly, Copper and Iron. Dynamic Metal Services works with all levels of the customer’s company to understand their needs. This results in significant savings against the cost of virgin metal with a JIT program that keeps needed raw materials on the shelf at all times. Our customized blends can be shipped in full truckload quantities, 33,000 lbs roll-offs or any specified weight down to single 55 gallon drums.

Quality Control
To ensure the quality of our shipments, our highly trained sorters manually sort and test all incoming material with an X-Ray Fluorescence Analyzer (XRF). Powders, mixed turnings and other materials with nonstandard chemistries are processed via melt and recovery in our lab equipped with a small button furnace and a 50 lbs induction furnace. We analyze material for its precise chemistry in our state of the art Spectrometry Lab. We also offer testing services on our spectrometer for shipments or materials requiring certified analysis.

Dynamic Metal Services’ team has over 100 years of experience in metal processing and is able to leverage that experience in conjunction with our high volume to provide logistics services. PICKUP: Our team can arrange for prepaid and insured product pickup and pay for the shipping from the proceeds for the surplus sale. DELIVERY: Dynamic Metal Services can arrange for fast, affordable and insured delivery for one time purchases or scheduled shipments. We handle the arrangements and freight payment adding the costs to the product invoices.
